To block headers you need to use a rule that runs 'after' the message
so mfilter.rul is where you do that. You can do this in the web
interface (spam control, manually blocking, spam filter rules,
configure), but manually something like this in the file mfilter.rul
if isin(from,"@xyz.com") then
reject "not wanted here"
It's much safer to use the web interface to add rules like this...
