It is only affecting domains hosted by gmail (google)
The response is very vague, seems something is truncating the entire message

I guess Frank, Ed and I are trying to find out why IPv6 is not working for
you. But you have chosen not to tell us why it's not working. You must be
getting some errors in your logs or NDR's back from gmail.
Yes, when route A doesn't work, setting a Gateway to a known working route
does 'fix' the problem, but it does not fix the underlying problem of why
the primary route doesn't work.

You enabled IPv6 on your host, but do you have end-to-end IPv6 connectivity?

I was faced with an issue that if I enabled ipv6 (dns was correct) mail was
still be returned from gmail and other hosting providers.
After complaints from customers and no response from google, I came up with
In Gateways simply direct all mail for the affected domain to the ipv4
Hope this helps others in the same issue
