A client called me yesterday asking how to set up a holiday response. I gave him my standard answer, go to the webmail address, click on "Options" at the top right corner of the screen, select "Preferences" and click on the second item on the gold horizontal menu, "Filtering and Spam Control."He got to the proper spot, and had no "Filtering and Spam Control" selection. I didn't believe him, so I logged in on both his account and on one of the other accounts on their domain. No luck on either. I checked the settings in admin, and couldn't find anyplace where there was an option to turn on a "light" set of controls on that page. I did a side by side with another domain and couldn't see any differences in the settings.Obviously I am missing something. Can someone please direct me to the proper spot to enable the full set of options? Thanks,Stan Greenspanhttp://www.interactivepages.comInteractivepages Information ServicesTel: Canada: 416 822 5671USA: 305 320 6593Legal Notice:This e-mail should be considered both privileged communication between the author and the addressee and copyright protected.
