Yeah looks like that port isn't open, you need to check it, like Vinny
mentioned the fastest way would be to telnet to it.
telnet ip 110
If an ISP is blocking outgoing port 110 then you could use a different
Just add a new port to the g_mirror_host setting
And then add the new port on the other server to the g_pop_port setting
Let us know how you get on.
