SMTP Auth is an all or nothing proposition. If you enforce SMTP Auth on
port 25, how do you get email from other mail servers on the Internet?
They won't know how to Authenicate...
That said, in the Webadmin, go to Global Settings, Mail Services, Click
on Advanced. and under Ports, third line down, 'SMTP ports which require
smtp authentication, typically 587'.
