Set up of the client is Mac OS X 10.6.8 and Apple Mail connecting via IMAP.Client stated that she sent an email to someone at 12.14pm, checking the logs shows that she did indeed send the email and it was delivered to the remote host. However, in the Sent folder on her computer and the sent folder in the mail directory on the server all of the other sent email of the day are there along with a blank file timed at 11:55. I wonder if the blank file is the missing email.Anyone else experienced this issue or have any thoughts on what could be the cause and what we can do about avoiding this issue happening.
